Flyrt License Agreement

Effective Date: Apr 1st, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Flyrt.org (“Licensors”), collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By downloading, accessing, or using the Flyrt iOS application (the “Flyrt App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Flyrt App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The Flyrt App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Flyrt.org. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by us.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Flyrt App.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Flyrt App.
• Use the Flyrt App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Flyrt App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at http://flyrt.org/privacy.htm, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Flyrt App at any time without prior notice. These updates may also modify this Agreement, and continued use of the Flyrt App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Flyrt App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Flyrt App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Flyrt App.

8. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate it without notice if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Flyrt App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
